Cancellation and prepayment policies

Flexible – 42 days

• Guests can cancel up to 42 days before arrival.
  Guests will be charged for the first night if canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival.
  If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• The guest must prepay for the first night within 30 days prior to arrival.

Non refundable charge

• The guest will be charged the full price of the reservation if canceled at any time.
• The guest must prepay the total price of the reservation at any time.

Policies for children and capacity

• Children of any age are allowed. Over 2 years old are charged with 25 € per night.

Options for extra beds and baby cots

• Children up to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing baby cots.
• An extra bed is available upon request with the accommodation.

• Wi-Fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

• Pets are not allowed.
